Forest Park Robotics is ready for another exciting year for the Nothing but Net Challenge. Teams have been working hard all year, the awards we have won to date are:

Forest Park Robotics relaunched for the 2014-2015 season. 4303C was Forest Park’s only competitive team for Skyrise. This all Freshman team set new standards for Forest Park Robotics and brought home it’s first awards in team history.

  • First team from Forest Park to win Excellence and/or Tournament Champions!
  • Excellence Award Winner at Fairfax Qualifier
    (Highest award given, based on Robot Performance & Judges scores)
  • 1st place after qualifiers at Fairfax Regional Tournament (6-0)
  • Tournament Champions at both Fairfax Regional & PWC West Regional
  • Qualified for & participated in 2015 VEX Robotics World Championship
    High School Division in Louisville, KY
    – Tournament hosts 800 teams and 15,000 students from over 25 countries
    – Finished 35th out of 450 HS Teams at Worlds in Programming Skills
  • Our Mentor, Mrs. Karen Cinnamon was selected as Mentor of the Year and was inducted into the REC Foundation STEM Hall of Fame at the World Championships!
